On March 8, 2024, the EPA implemented new emission requirements for the oil & natural gas industry to reduce methane & VOC emissions for sources that commenced construction, modification, or reconstruction after Dec. 6, 2022. Affected sources must be in full compliance by May 7, 2024 or upon startup.
