Strategic Growth & Industry Expansion
In 2020, Hero Flare acquired select assets from Tri‑Point Oil & Gas Production Systems, including the Leed Fabrication, Superior Fabrication Inc. (SFI), and Edge Manufacturing & Technology brands. This acquisition included eight EPA Quad O‑certified enclosed combustors—boasting up to 99.9% destruction efficiency—which now bolster our product offerings. By integrating Tri‑Point’s renowned combustion technologies and inventory, we’ve significantly enhanced support for existing combustor, flare, and liquid knockout system users—reinforcing our role as one of the most diversified providers in combustion technologies.
OUR EVOLUTION
In 2024, we rebranded from Hero Flare to Hero Process Solutions to better reflect our expanded capabilities, which now include vapor recovery, enclosed combustion, turnkey process packages, rentals, and aftermarket support. As our name evolves, so does our vision—to deliver cleaner, smarter, and more efficient industrial solutions.
